🇪🇺 Luminariah — EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal
This page explains the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union and European Economic Area, and how it applies to digital purchases in Luminariah. Luminariah is provided by Parallel Five LLC.
Your 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the EU or EEA, you generally have the right to withdraw from a contract for the purchase of digital content within 14 days, without giving a reason.
Immediate delivery and loss of the right
In-game purchases in Luminariah — such as Diamonds, Virtual Goods, and subscription benefits — are digital content that is delivered to your account immediately after purchase.
When you complete a purchase, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery of that digital content has begun. This is required by EU consumer law for immediately-delivered digital content and is presented to you at checkout.
If delivery of a purchase has not yet begun, you may still withdraw within the 14-day period.
This does not affect your other rights
The loss of the withdrawal right for immediately-delivered content does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described, or not delivered. In those cases you remain entitled to the remedies provided under applicable consumer law.

Refunds through the stores
