🗑️ Luminariah — Account & Data Deletion
This page explains how to delete your Luminariah account and the data associated with it. Luminariah is developed and published by Parallel Five LLC.
Delete from within the game (fastest)
- Open Luminariah on web or mobile and sign in.
- Go to Account settings.
- Select Delete account and confirm.
Your account and its associated personal data are permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access your account, email contact@parallel5.com from the address on the account, with the subject line "Account deletion request." We will verify ownership and delete the account. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your characters and all gameplay progress (levels, inventory, currencies, professions, achievements)
- Your profile information (username, email, date of birth)
- Your in-game chat messages and social connections (guild membership, friends, party history)
- Your market listings and trade history tied to your characters
What we may retain
We retain a limited set of records only where required to meet legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations — for example, transaction receipt identifiers for purchases you made. These records do not include your gameplay data and are kept only for as long as the law requires.
Purchases
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions through the store you bought them from (Apple App Store, Google Play, or, for web purchases, via the billing portal). Virtual goods and currency are forfeited on deletion and are not refundable except as described in our Terms of Service or required by law.
